Chief Financial Officer

Compensation: $200K–$250K base bonus upside
The Role
This CFO will be a key driver of growth—partnering directly with leadership to shape strategy, lead financial operations, and build scalable infrastructure. You’ll oversee accounting and FP&A, lead a strong team, and play a central role in M&A and expansion initiatives.
What You Bring
CPA required
10 years across accounting FP&A with strong strategic lens
Deep experience with WIP & percentage-of-completion accounting
Background in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or similar
Proven success in high-growth or fast-paced environments
M&A and integration experience is a strong plus
Confident, resilient leader with executive presence
