MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 12 HOUR ROTATING NIGHT SHIFTS, 7:00 P.M TO 7:00 A.M. (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off) candidate will train on day shift.
Starting Pay Rate is $22.80 per hour and top out at $27.32 at 9 months (plus 1.00 shift differential)
All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Essential Functions
- Using Computers (entering information, etc.) using keyboard and mouse.
- Must be able to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI).
- Must be able to function as a member of a team and be able to work under general supervision.
- Must be able to maintain expected quality levels.
- Work requires basic skills in reading, writing and math plus the use of fractions and/or decimals.
- Must be able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions and sketches.
- Comply with all site required policies and procedures including but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct and the Wichita Falls Employee Handbook.
- Interprets and develops work instructions for departmental use.
- Reads electrolytic etch identification book and deciphers by cavities what markings are to be applied.
- Reads and understands on-line information to determine what markings to apply to parts.
- Verifies castings and routing tickets to ensure all previous operations are complete and mistakes are corrected.
- Sorts all castings according to customer specification.
- Marks castings as specified using vibropeen, electro etch, or ink stamp.
- Prepares lists of serial number, heat number, heat treat batch number, (hip-run, if applicable) and mold position of the casting as required.
- Packs castings and identifies carton showing part number, job number, heat number by quantity, vendor code, customer, alloy, cavity, deviation class, core and serial number.
- Prepares shipment for release to customers.
- Assures that no handling damage has occurred to the product prior to packaging.
- Legibly vibropeen numbers and letters into castings.
- Independent judgment is frequently required.
- Work with minimum supervision
- Ability to communicate with inspectors and relate reasons for approvals, rework or rejections. Keep records of results.
- Ability to determine whether parts should be forwarded to next process or returned for more rework or scrapped.

- Complies with all EHS rules related to the work environment
- Works Overtime when needed.
- Physical Demands:
Employee is required to execute the following:
- Pushing, Pulling and Twisting.
- Bending and squatting.
- Floor-to-waist lift and carry and waist-to chest.
- Continuously standing,
- Gripping and Pinching
- Carrying items with two hands.
- Be able to climb stairs and ladders.
- Be able to balance.
- Be able to reach near, far and overhead.
- Be able to carry with one hand
- Repetitively lifting 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.
- Must pass Jaeger I eye exam.
- Work consists of considerable physical effort.
- Work requires constant concentration and alertness when inspecting castings.
- Work is repetitive and requires moderate mental–visual attention.
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle last minute job assignments.
- Training:
- One to three months on-the-job training required for satisfactory proficiency.
- Completed Training Folder.

- Pallet Jack
- Work Environment:
- May be exposed to noise, oil, dust, fumes, heat and cold.
- Some exposure to changes in seasonal temperatures.
- Heated and Air-conditioned environment.
- Exposure to Nickel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- General knowledge of previous operations helpful.
