What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Electronic Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading manufacturing equipment. Your day-to-day work may include:
- Troubleshooting CNC and PLC-controlled equipment using electrical schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
- Performing basic and advanced machine and plant wiring
- Using electrical test equipment to diagnose equipment issues
- Troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC servo drives, power supplies, and feedback devices
- Troubleshooting and replacing switches, sensors, and other electrical components
- Supporting equipment refurbishments, modifications, and upgrades
- Working with equipment vendors and outside service providers as needed
- Ordering parts and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Supporting 6S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Completing job-specific training and following all Quality, EHS, and company policies
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree in Electronics or a related technical field
- Experience or training with CNC machine controls and PLCs
- Experience working with 480/277/220V three-phase power, transformers, and electrical wiring
- Electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and determine the appropriate sequence of work
- Computer experience with maintenance-related databases or systems
- Background in electrical engineering or related technical disciplines
