- Master the art of reassembling machinery after intricate repairs and maintenance.
- Engage collaboratively with a dynamic team encompassing production, engineering, and plant operations to meet objectives.
- Exhibit top-tier diligence in maintaining pristine, orderly, and secure work conditions.
- Display exceptional skills in comprehending the complexities of hydraulic systems, proficiently troubleshooting issues utilizing deductive reasoning and schematics.
- Take on varied tasks with minimal supervision, excelling in an independent work environment.
- Consistently strive for growth by expanding your understanding of machine operations.
- Additional duties as necessary to support team success.
Do You Fit the Mold?
**Required:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
**Desirable Skills:**
- Able to handle up to 40 pounds comfortably.
- Gained experience and insight in injection press maintenance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of machine mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Bonus if familiar with electrical controls, blueprints, and holds a Journeyman's Card.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Efficient in collaborative and communication within cell teams.
Emphasizing safety, this role demands wearing necessary PPE and adhering to safety measures to mitigate injury risks.
