Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bartenders, servers, and floor staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth bar and service operations in a high-volume environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Monitor drink service quality, speed, and presentation
- Support cash handling, POS operations, and shift reporting
- Train and coach team members during service
- Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or nightlife supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, loud, fast-paced environment
- Experience with bartending or bar service is an asset
