We're looking for an experienced commercial plumber who can handle ground-up installations, tenant buildouts, and commercial service work. Daily Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on commercial job sites including new construction, remodels, and tenant buildouts
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction plans
- Rough-in and finish plumbing for commercial buildings, restaurants, retail, multi-family, and medical/office spaces
- Coordinate with general contractors, other trades, and project managers on job scheduling and phasing
- Commercial service calls including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on existing commercial systems
- Complete job documentation and notes in ServiceTitan
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Ensure all work meets local code and passes inspection
Requirements
- Commercial plumbing experience (new construction and/or commercial service)
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and inspection requirements
- Comfortable learning and using ServiceTitan
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time on job sites
- Must be dependable and motivated
Preferred Experience
- 3 years commercial plumbing experience
- Experience with ground-up commercial installations
- Experience working with general contractors on phased construction schedules
