Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen spaces
- Bus tables by clearing dishes, wiping surfaces, and resetting for guests
- Assist with trash removal and maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation and food safety standards
- Keep floors, sinks, and work areas clean and safe throughout shifts
- Work closely with team members to maintain efficient service flow
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
