Draw base, plus commission
Qualifications include:
- 2 years in HVAC sales experience
- Experienced is sourcing and developing
- New Home HVAC Sales
- Remodeling Home HVAC Projects
- Developing sales pipelines
- Professionally aggressive in driving sales
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
- Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Description:
Responsible for closing deals & signing contracts in client’s home
Must be organized to follow up before and after sales installation to ensure customer satisfaction
Willing to work a variety of hours
Must possess reliable transportation and be able to pass a national background check
Understanding of financing programs is helpful
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand, bend, crawl in tight spaces
- Ability to work efficiently in all weather extremes
- Ability to work above ground level with no fear of heights
