HVAC Residential Install Apprentice for Howell’s Heating & Air – Central Virginia
Howell’s Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Residential Install Apprentice to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual with at least 2 years of HVAC experience who is ready to grow with a company known for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in doing quality work in customers’ homes. Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations
- Help remove and replace heating and cooling equipment
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Assist with ductwork, basic installation tasks, and job site organization
- Follow company installation procedures and safety standards
- Represent the company professionally while working in customers’ homes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience required
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
- Clean Virginia driver’s license required
