We're looking for a Quick Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance services and help keep our customers' vehicles running safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working with their hands and wants to grow with a well-established Ford dealership.

Responsibilities
Perform oil and filter changes
Check and top off all vehicle fluid levels
Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and air pressure
Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
Inspect belts, hoses, filters, batteries, and wiper blades
Recommend needed maintenance based on inspection results
Keep the service area clean, organized, and safe
Follow Ford and dealership service procedures
Provide excellent customer service while working efficiently
Qualifications
Previous automotive, lube, or maintenance experience preferred but not required
Ford dealership experience or Ford certifications are a plus
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
