Job Overview
We are seeking skilled carpenters with experience in both rough and finish carpentry. Responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Ability to accurately and consistently perform all carpentry tasks, including:
- Preparing demo; site protection; and staging
- Delivering proper materials and tools to work site
- Cutting and nailing framing & sheathing per Lead Carpenter's layout
- Installing exterior trim, siding, doors & windows
- Hanging interior doors and installing simple cabinetry
- Casing doors & windows
- Installing baseboards, chair-rails, wainscoting, crown moldings
- Operating equipment
- Basic knowledge of roofing, drywall, flooring, ductwork, tile, hardware, adhesives, insulation
· Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
· Assortment of hand and power tools

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
