We are looking for off-duty law enforcement officers, retired law enforcement officers, and certified law enforcement professionals who are committed to protecting the public, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Position Responsibilities
- Secure the main entrance and maintain access control.
- Provide a professional, visible security presence and deterrent to crime and violence.
- Protect the safety and welfare of clients, employees, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor the premises and identify and report safety concerns.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations.
- Help de-escalate conflicts and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Communicate effectively with client management, team members, and appropriate personnel.
- Document incidents, observations, and activities as required.
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, post orders, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the assignment.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Off-duty, retired, or certified law enforcement professionals.
- Must meet all applicable licensing, certification, and armed security requirements for the assignment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and respond appropriately under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Customer service-oriented approach with the ability to maintain a positive, approachable presence.
- Ability to work independently while communicating and cooperating with the team.
