Route Sales Representative

Howe Candy is a nationally recognized candy wholesaler with deep roots and fast-growing momentum. We’re expanding in the Monroe, LA area and are seeking an experienced independent distributor to take ownership of a new route.

We’re authorized in Walmart and currently service over 1400 stores nationwide — but we need someone who knows how to run a route, manage inventory, build in-store relationships, and grow sales. This isn’t a delivery gig — it’s your business.

**There are currently 5 stores ready to go for this route, with more to come.**

• Commission-based earnings with weekly pay (Friday direct deposit)

• Projected volume: $12K–$20K/week in sales potential across 10 Walmart stores (as they authorize product)

✅ You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Prior DSD experience is required (independent or company-based)

• A dependable cargo van or box truck

• A warehouse or storage location capable of receiving a 53' tractor trailer

• Strong merchandising, communication, and time management skills

• Ability to work with store personnel to secure and maintain product placement
