Clinical Supervisor – ARCh
Anticipated start July 1, 2026. Provide leadership, supervision, and expertise within the ARCh program. ARCh (Accessing Resources for Children) serves children, up to the age of 22, with intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, other developmental disability, medical diagnoses, and/or mental health diagnoses. The ARCh Program is rooted in a belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported.
The Clinical Supervisor position is a blend of clinical work, supervision and program leadership. Duties include clinical oversight, program operations, conducting clinical and/or crisis assessments, developing treatment plans, internal and external staff and community training, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and direct staff supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provides direct client service including assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, referral and crisis response; provides clinical consultation
- Hiring, onboarding, training and ongoing staff support
- Data entry and monitoring of outcomes, clinical auditing
- Administrative tasks: to include but not limited to managing schedule as needed
- Rotation in on call supervisor coverage and shift coverage is expected as needed
Requirements:
- Must be Rostered in Vermont. Working toward clinical licensure strongly
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
- Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience
- Strong managerial and clinical skills
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and use of a personal vehicle
Structure:
- Full-time
- Salary starting at $63,929.58
