Clinical Behavior Specialist- INCLUSION:
The Baird School seeks a Master's Clinician to join our school team and support students' social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs. The Baird School offers an alternative educational environment for children aged 5-14 (grades K-8) whose needs cannot be adequately met in a traditional educational setting due to social, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges. Students engage in SEL, behavioral programming, and academic instruction to develop skills and strategies that will enable them to succeed in the least restrictive educational environment available to them.
The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention skills. Collaborating effectively with mental health and educational teams is essential. The candidate will have demonstrated skills supporting the placement of students with emotional disabilities by providing training and supervision to staff working directly with students. Candidates must be proficient in developing behavioral intervention plans and be able to analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Develop comprehensive behavioral treatment plans
- Supervise Behavior Interventionists
- Collaborate with educational teams and families
- Provide crisis supports
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, and other related mental health degrees
- Proficiency with SEL and behavior intervention using ABA.
- Previous experience with supervision and consultation
- An understanding of educational systems and processes
- Use of a personal vehicle and a clean driving record
Structure:
- Full Time
- Annual salary starting at $70,321.82
- Exempt
