Contributes to the maintenance of federal and state compliance and outstanding customer service to the military student community. Performs full spectrum of duties as a School Certifying Official (SCO) for the Department of Veterans Affairs [VA] educational assistance and the Department of Defense [DoD] Tuition Assistance programs. Processes paperwork and serves as a liaison to the VA, DoD, Maryland National Guard and State Approving Agency (SAA).
