Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage calendars, meeting rooms, and office coordination
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist/front desk experience (MANDATORY)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
