Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and personable Community Sales Specialist who thrives on making connections and closing deals. This role combines strategic outreach, relationship-building, and event-driven marketing to drive occupancy and grow our reputation in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging tours and personalized follow-up to convert leads to move-ins
- Maintain CRM accuracy and execute timely, consistent follow-up communication
- Plan, promote, and host community events to attract prospective residents and partners
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and on-site team to maintain high prospect satisfaction
- Reach out to inquiries within a two-hour timeframe. (Except weekends and holidays)

- A natural closer with confidence, warmth, and a strong sense of urgency
- High energy and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Creative thinker who brings ideas for events, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
- Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Previous experience in active adult, senior living, hospitality, real estate, or event sales is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing, and digital outreach tools
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
