SECRETARY – OFFICE COORDINATOR
West Boylston, MA office. Full and part time positions available with flexible hours.
Position duties: oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm, answering telephone calls and emails from clients, data entry into the case tracking system, maintaining files.
Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills to assign tasks, accept instruction and handle client requests, experience with office machines (copiers, fax machines, postage machines and printers), familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust, reliability.
