Crew Leader, Lawn Care

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of lawn care and landscape maintenance technicians to complete daily tasks efficiently and to high standards
• Oversee all aspects of landscape upkeep including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning
• Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently across the crew during all operations
• Monitor progress to meet client expectations and deadlines
• Conduct quality inspections of work completed and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations for landscape enhancements

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care or horticulture
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor maintenance
• Knowledge of tree care techniques and general garden maintenance methods
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to lead teams and interact with clients professionally
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Crew Member: 1 year (Required)
• Crew Leader: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
