Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with room assignments to optimize occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to assist guests and internal departments seamlessly
- Foster positive guest relations by delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel policies at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel experience emphasizing guest relations and hospitality management is highly valued
