About The Role
The Building Engineer will support the Property Operations Team by performing all aspects of building maintenance to include projects, work orders, PM’s and emergency repairs. They will also assist in the preparation of annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures.

- Record Keeping & Inventory Control
About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to Five years of related Class A mid-rise property maintenance experience.
- HVAC EPA certification preferred
- Maintenance Electrician license preferred
- SMA-SMT Certification/Training a plus
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC
- Basic knowledge of hand tolls and understanding of safety
- Familiarity with, and eagerness to explore and integrate, emerging technologies (e.g. AI and blockchain etc.) to drive innovation and continuous learning.
