Howard Hanna is adding experienced real estate sales professionals and newly licensed agents at our Biltmore Forest office. Full-time or part-time, hybrid remote. Pay: $50,000.00-$500,000.00 per year (commission-based, uncapped). Start right away.

What a Real Estate Sales Associate does at Howard Hanna

• Convert company-generated leads and build your own pipeline of buyers and sellers
• List homes: pricing strategy, marketing, photography and open houses handled with our in-house team
• Represent buyers from the first showing through inspections, appraisal and closing
• Negotiate offers, repairs and contract terms on behalf of your clients
• Grow a referral business in your community with our relocation, mortgage, title and insurance partners

What are the job requirements?

• A North Carolina real estate license, or the willingness to earn one with our help
• Sales, customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Self-motivated, coachable and comfortable with technology and social media
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
