Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Murphy, NC, offers flexibility with partial remote working options. The Real Estate Broker will manage client relationships, facilitate property transactions, and provide expert guidance in all aspects of buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Responsibilities include generating leads, preparing property listings, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, assisting clients in navigating the real estate process, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate operations, including working knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills to close transactions and meet client needs effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Understanding of Real Property principles and practices to guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.
- Active real estate broker license in North Carolina is required.
- Experience in the Murphy, NC, real estate market is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with real estate technology tools and platforms, including MLS systems.
