Community Health and Wellness Center is seeking a qualified bilingual (English/ Spanish) chiropractic medical assistant. We are a fast-paced, well-established (36 years), chiropractic, acupuncture and physical therapy office seeking an exceptional person!
At least one year work experience in a chiropractic setting is necessary.
Position includes interaction with patients, scheduling appointments for new patients as well as existing patients, follow-up phone calls to patients, checking patients in and out including collecting co-pays and deductibles, verifying insurance, posting insurance and patient payments, coordinating referrals to specialists and other providers. Other office tasks include assisting with patient treatment, assisting with insurance billing and collection, light office maintenance. Ability to multi-task is essential!
Applicant should be highly energetic, health conscious, well-organized and detail oriented. Applicant should speak both English and Spanish clearly and have a great clear telephone voice.
Applicant must have their own vehicle and should live within 15 minutes of office.
Position is full time for Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 – 7 PM.; Tuesday and Thursday 11-4 PM. Will consider part timer for Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Salary: Starting salary dependent on experience; incremental raises after 3 months. Bonuses provided for goal achievement. Pension participation and vacation pay.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Review in 3 months for pay increase and then semi-annual reviews. Bonuses for achievement after 3 months. Profit-sharing plan offered.
