Level III: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Wear provided uniform and staff name badge.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Responsible for keys and door/alarm code.
- Handle money in exchange of concessions.
- Operate point-of-sale register.
- Cook/Prepare short order items.
- Assist with inventory on a daily basis with restocking inventory and logging items that need to be purchased.
- Be aware of all ongoing programs, fees and charges at the concession stand.
- Ability to drive UTV, Golf Cart or Cargo Van to transport stocking items (Limited to Level II/III).
- Level I – No experience necessary. Must be 16 years old.
- Level II - No experience necessary. Must have completed high school and be 18 years old.
- Level III - Includes at least two years’ experience in the food service/concessions industry and/or training or certification in skill area (ServSafe Certification). Must have completed high school and be 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
- Ability to exchange money correctly.
- Present a neat appearance.
- CPR & First Aid Certified (Limited to Level II/III).
- Flexible, reliable, responsible and enjoy working with the general public.
- Capable of lifting 40 pounds.
- Capable of operating a computer.
- Other duties as assigned.
