| Summary | The Phlebotomy Instructor is responsible for delivering highquality instruction to students enrolled in the Phlebotomy Technician program. This role includes teaching classroom theory, demonstrating handson venipuncture and specimen collection skills, and preparing students for national certification and entrylevel employment in clinical and laboratory settings. The instructor creates an engaging, supportive learning environment that promotes student success, professionalism, and confidence in essential phlebotomy competencies. |
