| Summary | The Pharmacy Technician Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in the Pharmacy Technician program at Howard Community College. This role includes teaching classroom theory, facilitating hands-on pharmacy practice activities, and preparing students for national pharmacy technician certification and entry-level employment in retail, hospital, long-term care, mail-order, specialty, and ambulatory pharmacy settings. The instructor creates an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success, professionalism, medication safety, ethical practice, and competency in pharmacy operations. |
