Office Administrator- Caldwell, ID | Part-Time
- Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- $17.00-$19.00/hour DOE

This position plays a huge part in supporting our growing commercial cleaning and building maintenance company throughout the Treasure Valley. No two days are exactly the same - one minute you might be organizing inventory, the next helping process invoices, coordinating supplies, assisting managers, or supporting our field teams behind the scenes.
The Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM schedule also makes this an excellent fit for parents or anyone looking for consistent daytime hours while still maintaining work-life balance.
What You'll Be DoingResponsibilities may include:
Maintaining organization throughout the office and warehouse
Managing accounts payable and vendor invoices
Handling accounts receivable and customer payments
Ordering janitorial products, office supplies, and equipment
Tracking inventory and keeping supply areas stocked and organized
Assisting managers and supervisors with administrative support
Greeting potential candidates and assisting with onboarding support
Creating spreadsheets, reports, and basic documentation
Assisting with scheduling and internal communication
Helping maintain employee files and office systems
Supporting special projects, marketing materials, and company events
Jumping in wherever needed to help the team succeed
