We're looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Producers. In this role, you'll manage the entire sales process through phone and video consultations, helping customers find the right insurance solutions while building lasting relationships.

This position offers the best of both worlds. During your first 60 days, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship through a hybrid schedule, spending part of your time in the office and part working remotely. Once you've successfully completed training and demonstrated proficiency in the role, you'll have the opportunity to transition to a fully remote work environment.

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll own the entire sales process—from the first conversation through closing the sale. You'll educate prospective customers, uncover their needs, present customized insurance solutions, and confidently guide them through the decision-making process.
