The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of medical device products.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders using RF-SMART handheld scanners and established warehouse procedures.
- Pack products in accordance with company standards to ensure safe and compliant shipment.
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and shipment documentation prior to shipment.
- Process shipments through approved carrier systems, including UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers.
- Maintain compliance with company quality and regulatory requirements related to medical device distribution.
- Receive incoming products and materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations and monitor inventory levels.
- Perform inventory transactions utilizing NetSuite ERP and RF-SMART scanning technology.
- Assist with warehouse organization, storage optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers.
- Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds as needed
- Strong organizational skills, time management and communication skills
- 1 year forklift experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems preferred
