What We're Looking For:

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Basic hand tool knowledge (we'll teach the rest)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What You'll Do:
- Assist lead installers with setting HVAC equipment and running ductwork
- Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, and geothermal systems
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Gain field experience and training alongside experienced professionals
