We’re hiring a Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) to join our
lending team. This role is essential in supporting our Loan Officers by helping
manage client communications, gathering documentation, and ensuring that loan
applications move through the pipeline smoothly. If you're organized,

What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with
completing loan applications and collect necessary documentation
- Maintain regular
communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and title companies to
ensure smooth transaction flow
- Track and follow up on missing or
incomplete paperwork
- Coordinate with Loan Officers
to prepare and review loan files
- Input and update data in the
loan origination system
- Help ensure loan files are
compliant and organized for processing and underwriting
- Deliver exceptional service
to clients throughout the entire mortgage process
Requirements
-Previous experience in mortgages,
lending, real estate, or financial services is a plus, but not required
-Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
-Highly organized and
detail-oriented
-Ability to multitask and
manage timelines in a deadline-driven environment
-Comfort with CRM systems,
loan software, and general computer literacy
