Houston County High School, a close-knit campus of roughly 300 students in Erin, Tennessee, is seeking a High School Assistant Baseball Coach to help lead our grades 6–8 baseball program. In this role, you will plan, organize, and implement comprehensive practice plans, conditioning sessions, and game strategies that align with the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association and district policies. You'll collaborate with the athletic director, head coach, building principal, and fellow coaches to coordinate schedules, manage equipment, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. You'll engage with student-athletes, parents, and the broader school community through clear and consistent communication, promoting our school's spirit at games and events.
