Starting pay for Crew Member staff will range from $12 - $13 dollars per hour. In addition, staff will also have the ability to collect tips weekly adding $2.50 - $3.50 more an hour. Totaling an hourly average of $14.50 - $16.50.
We will train anyone with a bright smile & a great attitude. You'll be cross trained to help kitchen staff & also work a variety of roles including cashier, runner, and expo. The ideal candidate will be friendly, flexible & have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Communicate customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
- Clean & arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
Prepare menu items from all steps which include Flouring Chicken, Frying Chicken, Seasoning Chicken, etc.
- Work as a team to keep ticket times within the HHC threshold.
- Ensure all orders are given to the customers in a timely manner & their order is correct.
- Accept cash & return the correct change.
- Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift for leads.
- Pleasantly respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Cash handling experience.
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
