Our fasteners have supported mission aircrafts such as; Joint Strike Fighters, F/A 18 Super Hornet, and Falcon 9; just to name a few. Job Purpose
To work with production and quality to coordinate all shipping and receiving activities to include; ensuring parts are shipped to customer specifications, update purchase orders as needed, arrange various shipping methods, mange distribution of specific shop supplies, compare suppliers’ billings with bids, etc.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, answer telephone, mail and website inquiries, manage appointments and calendars and process paperwork using computers and computer systems
- Arrange for delivery or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules
- Check receivables to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that materials meet specifications
- Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy
- Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, and any applicable local, state or federal and state regulations
- Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards, regulations and laws
- Make decisions and solve problems — analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Inspect and operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Complete employee safety training and participate in the safety committee

Requirements
Professional Skills:
- HS diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of experience/education 2-4 years of related experience working in a face paced environment
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Advanced with MS Office and ERP Systems
- Experience with titanium, stainless steel and other super alloys typical in aerospace highly desired
- Skilled in process and systems analysis and evaluation to determine how a process should work and how changes will affect outcomes as well as identifying measures of performance and monitoring them
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, and ladders
- Must be able to work at heights utilizing fall protection equipment (man lifts, ladders, and stand)
- Must be able to lift up to 45lbs
- Subject to environmental conditions -protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes
- Subject to hazards to include a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals
- Subject to loud constant noise
- Subject to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
