Facilities Maintenance Technician

Your responsibilities include maintaining all physical assets in a way that prolongs the life and service, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on the club's plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC systems, and building structure.
• Execute various tasks involving painting, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Maintain and service air conditioning, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and necessary repairs of air handler units and engine room motors.
• Inspect and maintain lighting throughout the club, making necessary replacements and repairs.
• Perform daily water hardness and chiller pressure tests.
• Perform monthly filter changes on air handler units.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and members.
• Diagnose maintenance issues, replace or repair parts, and perform necessary testing and adjustments.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment.
• Identify and report faulty operations, defective materials, and any unusual situations to management.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when using power tools.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Any other duties, as assigned.

Working Conditions:

• You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).
• You may experience variable noise levels.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
• Frequent lifting 30 to 50 pound objects.
