Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
- Enforce loss prevention policies by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting findings accordingly
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for accountability and review
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to resolve issues swiftly and professionally
- Deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity
Skills
- Proven ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and authorities
