What You’ll DoAs a Front of House Team Member, you are responsible for creating an elite guest experience from the moment guests walk in until they leave.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and engage guests with outstanding hospitality
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Guide guests through the menu and provide recommendations
- Drive average check through thoughtful upselling
- Support order accuracy and execution at expo
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and dining room appearance
- Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive resolutions
- Support online, takeout, and third-party order flow
- Keep speed of service high while maintaining quality
- Contribute to 5-star guest experiences and positive reviews
