Houston TX Hot Chicken’s Green Valley location is looking for dependable, motivated Kitchen Team Members who take pride in preparing great food and working as a team. If you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, bread, cook, and assemble menu items according to HHC recipes and standards.
- Deliver fresh, properly seasoned food with consistent portions and accurate orders.
- Use timers for every batch and follow cooking and holding procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining food quality and fast ticket times.
- Follow food safety standards, including proper handwashing, raw chicken handling, labeling, and storage.
- Keep kitchen stations, equipment, dishes, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Communicate with the front of house to keep orders moving and address guest needs.
- Assist with prep, stocking, opening, and closing responsibilities.
