Houston Hospice seeks an experienced Clinical Educator to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs that support excellence in patient care. The Clinical Educator partners with clinical leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and staff to determine learning needs, develop evidence-based educational initiatives, and promote professional development across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Four years of hospice or home health experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Computer experience, proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
