Cashier, PRN

Work Shift:

Responsible for performing a variety of patient, cafeteria and catering services functions that may include patient visitation, tray assembly, distribution and service, general sanitation, cleaning and use of kitchen equipment and pantries,

Education & Training:
None.

Experience: One (1) year cashier experience.

Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
None.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-onone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the facility. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common factions, and decimals. Possesses necessary skills to effectively operate cash register or cash-handling computer system. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
