Bartenders/ Servers for Sports Bar and Grill Needed:

We’re looking for experienced Bartenders/ Servers with great customer service skills, a top-level work ethic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills which can translate into improved customer service and increased bar business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure all customers are served in accordance with expectations.

· All products are properly prepared and served in a timely manner, responsible service of alcoholic beverages, safety and sanitation practices are implemented. Maintain control of cost factors including food, beer, liquor, and labor.

· Continuously focused on improving the customer dining experience.

· Accurately develop employee schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on projected/actual sales volume.

· Work with the General Manager to ensure all new employees receive adequate training and that schedules and job expectations are set.

· Liquor inventory, and ordering.

· Pursue methods to increase sales using promotions, local advertising, and increased average sales per guest and community involvement.

Requirements:

Previous management experience leading and coaching others
