We are a fast-growing corporate housing provider in Houston offering furnished, high-quality accommodations for business and extended-stay travelers. Our team thrives on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in comfort and cleanliness. We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Hospitality Associate to join our operations team and help us ensure every guest has an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Property Oversight
- Welcome and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct detailed pre-arrival and post-departure inspections of properties
- Handle light maintenance tasks and coordinate vendor support when needed
- Ensure all units are guest-ready by double-checking cleaner performance
- Deliver essential items to properties (linens, toiletries, supplies, etc.)
Housekeeping & Light Moving
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to supplement or correct cleaner deficiencies
- Assist with light furniture moves or setup of units when needed
- Keep storage and inventory organized and documented
Office & Administrative Duties
- Communicate with guests, teammates, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner
- Help manage task schedules, time allocation, and coordinate daily priorities
- Document unit condition reports and help track inventory supplies
- Assist with internal coordination, such as updating checklists or handling basic clerical tasks
Qualifications:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
