What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shopkeeper position at Houss Freya?
Our Houss is a sanctuary and safe space filled with curated intention specific items to support the people seeking for more in their lives. we handmade items, host events and workshops. we are more then just a store, therefore looking for someone who is ready to be part of something that is continouisly growing and striving to passionately aid clients in finding the right HF magical offerings suited for their current needs.
We are inviting candidates we the current qualities to apply: must have retail experience, must be a team player, must have knowledge of healing crystals, related items and spiritual practices. Must be available weekends, be enthusiastic, positive thinking, responsible, organized and able to show initiative.
Must have General knowledge of the HF brand. We are not your typical metapyshical boutique and we are always keeping busy, so we need someone that understands that there is always something to do. We are a high energy and faced paced environment, we have a high customer traffic so the right candidate must be comfortable building rapport with clients and completing daily tasks. The part time position pays a competitive hourly rate with many fun perks. although there is a huge potential to learn in this position this is not a mentorship. he position is temp to hire. after the 3- month temp term a permanent position is discussed and a raise may be offered.
