Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager, located in San Angelo, TX. This role is essential in helping us attract field crews, equipment operators, laborers, project staff, and office personnel as we continue to grow. In this position, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and making hiring recommendations. You will ensure our hiring process runs smoothly, while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is highly desirable.
- Experience in recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (construction or utilities experience a plus).
- Willing to travel and interact with local schools, targeted vocational schools, and colleges.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
- Familiarity with the utility construction or telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable but not required.
