Housley Group is seeking a skilled Aerial Lineman with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our team in Hutto, TX. This is a field-based role that involves working on overhead telecom lines, new construction, and maintenance projects.

- Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and related equipment
- Safely climb poles and use bucket trucks to perform overhead line work
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lashers, strand machines, and hand/power tools
- Read and interpret construction prints, work orders, and route maps
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Drive and transport materials and crew to job sites (CDL required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an aerial lineman in the telecom or utilities industry
- Ability to climb poles and work at heights using safety gear
- Knowledge of fiber optic and coaxial cable installation techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Experience with fiber optic splicing (a plus)
