Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled trades work in construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute tasks accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and less experienced tradesmen.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, Rough Framing, Masonary/Concrete).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in construction environments.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
