Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly commensurate with experience.

Overview
The Mental Health Counselor (MHC) is responsible for all clinical aspects of the Cylar House supportive congregate housing program. This encompasses care coordination for our residents, performing quality assurance tasks through record checks and data reports, providing direct services, taking the lead with resolving crisis situations, and conducting individual psychosocial, assessment/reassessments, and service plans for the thirty-six active residents.

- The MHC provides clinical counseling and behavioral health support using trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and motivational interviewing approaches for residents in a HASA-funded supportive housing program.
- The MHC leads and supports program quality, group facilitation, staff training, and resident advocacy to strengthen outcomes and resident empowerment at Cylar House.
