Marketing & Engagement Manager

Housing Visions is growing again and we need great people to join our team! Location would be at our corporate office located at 1201 E. Fayette St., Syracuse. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30pm Friday 8:00am-12:00pm. Salary range is $60,000-$70,000/yr. Travel required to various conferences and events, municipalities, project sites and communities within New York and other states.

The Marketing & Engagement Manager leads Housing Visions’ marketing, events, and public engagement activities to strengthen the organization’s visibility, brand consistency, and community impact. This position manages communications across social media, website, and print platforms; plans and executes organizational events and fundraisers; and maintains the donor and contact database. The Manager ensures brand consistency across all materials and develops compelling stories that highlight Housing Visions’ mission and community work. The role also supports grant-related content and collaborates across departments to engage donors and community partners in advancing organizational initiatives.
